WE ONLY DELIVER TO MAINLAND UK
UK FREE DELIVERY
Free delivery when you spend £45 and over with a maximum weight of 30Kg.
Deliveries of bulky or heavy items weighing more than 2.5 kg outside of the UK mainland are an exception. Items are typically delivered between Monday through Friday, 8 am and 6 pm, within five business days. Certain couriers might deliver a little bit sooner or later. We’ll email you with tracking information as soon as your item has left our warehouse.
For routine deliveries, we work with Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and DPD couriers.
CHARGES FOR UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Within the UK, 2-3 working days cost £3.99.
For typical UK orders, Royal Mail Tracked 48 is used. Items are typically delivered between 2-3 working days, 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
UK EXPRESS DELIVERY CHARGES AND INFORMATION
1-2 working days within the UK is £6.99
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 & Parcelforce 24 for EXPRESS UK orders. Items are usually delivered within 1-2 working days, Monday to Friday, 8 am – 6 pm.
Please note that any orders placed before 1 pm on a Friday will be delivered the next working Monday or Tuesday. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your order the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

Within the UK, 1-2 working days costs £6.95.

Please be aware that purchases ordered before 1 p.m. on Fridays will be delivered on the Monday or Tuesday following a workday. If you place an order on a Saturday or a Sunday, you will have it the Tuesday or the next Wednesday.
EXPRESS DELIVERY- EXCLUSIONS
Please note that UK Express delivery applies for working days only, Bank holidays and weekends will be excluded from the delivery times. Our couriers aim to deliver the next working day but deliveries to certain postcode areas may take longer.
CAN I MODIFY A PUT ORDER?
You can email us to request a cancellation, and we’ll try our best to stop the order from being dispatched. However, once an order has been placed, it may not always be feasible to cancel it. You must return the items if your order has been shipped (see the information for Our Online Returns Policy in the returns section)
