WHAT IS THE ONLINE RETURN PROCESS?

If you simply change your mind or need a different size or colour, you can easily return an item to us. Please contact us on our email.

Specifying the item(s) being returned, their amount, the reason behind the return, and whether you want a refund or an exchange (subject to stock).

The items must be posted to the following address:

PeppyPets, (Universal Square, Devonshire Street, Ardwick, Manchester. M12 6JH), THEPEPPERMINT LTD.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to guarantee the package is returned to us, and we highly recommend getting a receipt from the post office.

WHAT MERCHANDISE CAN I RETURN?

Completely Paid Items

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any full-priced items for a complete refund. Alternatively, you have 14 days to return the things for an online credit or exchange, as you would like.

Items on sale

Within 14 days of receipt, you can return any sale items you bought for a full refund. You can have up to 30 days to return the things for an online credit or exchange, as you would like.

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and include the original tags.

Please contact our customer care staff through our contact us page if you have a faulty item.

We have the right to grant you a partial refund if the returned goods are discovered to have been used, mistreated, or damaged. We reserve the right to send the erroneous item back if we send the wrong item (incorrect type, size, or colour) or it is defective.

WHAT AMOUNT WILL I RECEIVE BACK?

The complete amount that you paid for the goods will be reimbursed to you. If you return anything that you purchased with a discount or an offer, we will alter your refund if you don’t meet the requirement.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESSING OF MY RETURN TAKE?

We work hard to process returns as quickly as we can. Once your return has been handled, you will receive an email from us. This could take up to 14 days from the time we get the products during busy times.
